About the position
A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Organisational Effectiveness Specialist
The Organisational Effectiveness Specialist leverages Organisational Development (OD) and Change Management expertise to design, lead and implement initiatives that strengthens organisational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or similar Bachelor’s degree
- Change Management Certification is an added advantage in Prosci or similar
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in Organisational Development and Change Management at Practitioner/ Specialist level
