About the position
To support and enable effective Organisational Development and Change Management in a high performing and agile work environment. This role designs, plans and executes a variety of programs to support organisational transformation and assists managers with implementing these changes using Change Management and Organizational Development best practices. It is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
Job description
Deliverables:
- Design and implement organizational development strategies
- Implement organizational development and change management initiatives
- Support and implement interventions to enable the adoption.
- Design and implement Employee Engagement and other employee related surveys to gather insights and measure employee engagement, readiness and effectiveness for various interventions and projects.
- Design, development, lead and implement sets of solutions for Organizational and Divisional action plans coming out of the Employee Engagement and other surveys, collation of data.
- Conduct research on current and future wellbeing trends, including internal and external trends.
- Provide data and analytical support through research, data mining, distillation and communication of findings relevant to the Human Resources, Change Management and Organizational Development strategies and plans.
- Research, identify, and provide best practices relevant to the organizational development processes e.g. Culture enablement, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, leadership enablement, employee wellbeing, productivity assessments and measurement, work design etc.
- Design, develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support the Change Management and Organizational Development plans for various initiatives and projects.
- Conduct Change Impact and Readiness Assessments for the various projects and initiatives.
- Contribute and provide Change Management insights to the Agile and Lean Portfolio Management committees.
- Regular engagement with the Business Divisions to understand their business strategies and design interventions on to enable high performance teams.
- Engage, advise, and coach management and leaders to obtain buy in and to also support them on the various Change Management and Organisational Development processes.
- Design and implement leadership enablement initiatives in line with the Human Resources, Organizational Development strategy and Learning and Development strategy and tracking implementation progress.
- Identify and manage technology platforms related to organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and develop learning and development programs to enable Change Management initiatives and projects.
- Sourcing of relevant service providers to support the Change Management and Organizational Development strategy and plans.
- Develop quantitative and qualitative reports to Manco and Exco on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and as and when required.
- Plan, coordinate and implement various employee events in line with the Change Management and organizational Development strategy and plans.
- Continuously assess effectiveness and success in all initiatives and projects and implement solutions to close gaps.
- Work with the Group Talent and Development Executive to implement, and evaluate organisational development interventions at the individual, team and organisational level relating to:
- Employee engagement
- Culture change, behaviours, and values
- Team development, collaboration, and performance

- Coaching and mentoring
- Talent management and succession planning

Minimum requirements
Experience and Skills Required:
- 5 years' experience as a Change Management and Organisational Development practitioner
- MS Office - PPT, Excel, Word (Intermediate)
- Understanding of the Agile Methodology

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Organisational Psychology/ Organizational Development, Human Resources or similar required.
