About the position
Postion Summary:
The NRF seeks to appoint Organisation Development Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination and Documentation Support implementation of initiatives in Career Progression, Employment Equity, Wellness, Learning & Development, DEI, and Talent Management
- Manage documentation aligned to project management methodologies
- Track project progress, schedules, and deadlines
- Engage stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables
- Support the OD & Effectiveness function during the design and monitoring of the implementation of job profile and evaluation process to determine the appropriate job level of positions
- Carry out project support during the development and implementation of Career Progression, Employment Equity, Organisational Design, Wellness initiatives, Learning & Development, DEI and Talent Management initiatives
- Project Finance, Procurement & Compliance SupportAssist with budget projections, bid submissions, variation memos, and financial tracking
- Maintain ledgers and monitor spend against approved budgets
- Ensure procurement compliance and monitor service delivery per SLAs
- Administrative Support Coordinate logistics: travel bookings, accommodation, and venues for project-related events
- Compile minutes, handle project queries, and ensure document completeness
- Support business case development and liaise with consultants/service providers
- Stakeholder Engagement Map and assess stakeholder needs and influence
- Ensure alignment of OD initiatives with strategic goals
- Solicit feedback and adjust project execution accordingly
- Monitor and report OD metrics to the business
- Reporting and Records Management Prepare periodic and ad-hoc project reports for internal committees
- Maintain accurate, organised digital records and documentation
Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma / Advanced Certificate / NQF 6
Minimum Experience:
- NQF6 Qualification in Human Resources/ Social Sciences/ Psychology or related Qualification in project management will be advantageous
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in a project/administrative environmentExperience in OD projects will be advantageous
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of project administration and management
- Ability to effectively use project management and planning software
- Ability to engage in multiple OD initiatives simultaneously
