About the position
The Videographer and Video Editor is responsible for producing high-impact video content that strengthens the Regenesys brand, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances digital engagement across platforms. This role focuses on conceptualising, filming, and editing professional video content that showcases the institution’s programmes, events, thought leadership, student experiences, and corporate partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how video drives engagement in modern digital marketing. The role requires someone who can transform institutional messaging, campaigns, and events into visually compelling content that resonates with prospective students, corporate audiences, alumni, and the broader public.
The Videographer must also be comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance production workflows, accelerate editing processes, generate visual elements, and optimise content for multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement organic marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and website traffic.
- Identify opportunities to expand Regenesys’ presence through search, content, and digital communities.
- Support the institution’s transition toward sustainable marketing approaches that prioritise organic reach.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend monitoring to guide content strategies.
- Optimise website pages, blog articles, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Ensure SEO best practices including metadata optimisation, internal linking, content structure, and technical alignment.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with the Content Writer and Marketing team to develop high-performing blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and educational content.
- Identify topics that resonate with prospective students, professionals, and corporate audiences.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Support the development of organic social media strategies that grow audience engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor trends and conversations relevant to education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
- Encourage interaction, community engagement, and audience growth through meaningful content distribution.
AI-Assisted Marketing Optimisation
- Use AI tools to support marketing research, keyword discovery, trend analysis, and content performance insights.
- Leverage AI to improve efficiency in content planning, optimisation, and distribution workflows.
- Explore emerging AI-powered marketing technologies that enhance organic visibility and marketing performance.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track key performance indicators including website traffic, engagement rates, keyword rankings, and lead generation metrics.
- Analyse marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen organic marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work closely with Content, Design, Video, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are supported by strong organic distribution.
- Contribute to campaign planning and content calendars that align with institutional
- priorities and marketing objectives.
- Ensure organic marketing initiatives support broader brand and recruitment goals.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of SEO, organic marketing strategies, and digital content ecosystems.
- Experience with keyword research tools, SEO analytics platforms, and content optimisation techniques.
- Ability to identify content opportunities that drive traffic and engagement.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and digital analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or organic growth roles.
- Experience managing organic digital marketing strategies for websites or brands.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms will be advantageous.
