About the position

Our Client is looking for a  Order Processing Clerk to join their team
Area/Location: Industria West

Our client is looking for an order processing clerk to join their production department. The successful candidate will liaise with customers, stakeholders and various departments within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness from start to finish
• Processing Sales Orders/Invoices/Credits/Returns
• Evaluate all orders packed to ensure to be error free
• Assisting all customers with queries, quotes orders and invoicing
• Tracking orders and providing customer with prompt feedback
• Coordinating deliveries & collections for the day with drivers and courier companies
• Assist staff with all relevant information regarding orders and back orders
• General admin and upkeep of database/ filing and workstation
• Assist with stock take and other duties and responsibilities as required

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Previous work experience within the same or similar role
• Must be able to work on SAP (ERP system experience)
• Must be computer literate (MS Office -Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Good communication & Listening Skills
