What You'll Be Doing

• Process customer freight orders accurately every single work day.
• Verify all booking details before computer system data entry.
• Confirm vehicle details with all assigned transport freight carriers.
• Compile complete and accurate daily freight vehicle booking packs.
• Hand over processed orders to the business transport planners.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Required Experience

• Possess three years of order planning industry work experience.
• Show strong data entry and computer system management skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to process orders under time pressure.
• Display clear communication skills for carrier transport vehicle coordination.
• Apply problem-solving skills for incomplete client order data packs.
