About the position

Core Outputs:

Engineering:
- Analysis and interpretation of information from Sintrex AFN tools
- Design, plan and perform special investigations
- Build, install and maintain Sintrex systems
- Assist Engineer to patch Sintrex systems
- Data gathering
- Intermediate report generation on request

Administration:
- Advanced report design
- System maintenance
- Process documentation
- Knowledge documentation & sharing

Interface:
- Accepts work delegation from CoE Engineer
- Might be required to assist Engineer with client meetings

Authority:
- Logging 3rd party software requests
- Sending of reports to clients
- Train and lead operators

Essential Requirements:

• Good understanding of:

• TCP/ IP Stack

• TCP & UDP Protocols

• Good working knowledge of:

• Excel

• Linux

• Basic knowledge of:

• Tapping/ Spanning and Netflow Technologies

• Wireshark

Beneficial Skills:

• Basic knowledge of:

• TruView / Flowmodule / nGenius / IXIA / Capsa

• Tcpdump / TShark / EditCap

Desired Skills:

• TCP/IP Stack
• Excel
• Linux
• TCP & UDP Protocols
• Tapping

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years IT Networking

Desired Qualification Level:

• Diploma
