About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
Our client offers a comprehensive solution for wealth, asset management, and stockbroking services, collaborating with accountants to enhance their business growth. They are looking for a detail-driven, proactive individual to support their wealth managers and deliver worldclass client service.
DUTIES:
- Assist with onboarding, investment proposals & client queries
- Manage CRM updates & documentation
- Ensure compliance with FSCA standards
- Maintain service excellence across all touchpoints
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Strong MS Office & MS Teams skills
- RE exam qualification (advantageous)
