About the position

Responsible for the profitable management of the Parts-, Workshop- and Whole Goods section of the Mechanization branch through excellent service to internal and external customers.



  • Management of stock levels within the VKB framework

  • Management of expenses including stock losses, day to day expenses and budgets

  • Ongoing customer service through facilitating and solving of queries and complaints

  • General management to ensure that all VKB policies are applied

  • Personnel management

  • Workshop administration and claims

  • Financial management of branch


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/ NQF4

  • Relevant tertiary qualification will serve as recommendation 

  • Proven knowledge of New Holland, Case and other mechanization implements and parts

  • Knowledge of the agricultural mechanization industry

  • 3-years proven experience within a similar role

  • Proficient in the MS Office package
