Job Description
 

• Oversee daily warehousing, logistics, and customer order fulfillment activities.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across all local stock lines.
• Guide, mentor, and support your warehouse and dispatch team members daily.
• Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to speed up order deliveries.
• Track inventory movement and dispatch schedules using standard business software systems.
• Manage relationships and service standards with trusted courier and freight partners.
• Find simple, practical ways to improve everyday warehouse workflows and reduce delays.

What You Need to Apply
 

• A degree or National Diploma in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least five years of operations leadership experience in technology or wholesale distribution.
• Practical experience working with warehouse management and ERP business software systems.
• Solid background in coordinating local courier networks and day-to-day freight logistics.
• Proven ability to manage stock control, reduce shrinkage, and organize smooth dispatch schedules.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and improve processes.
