Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, and regulatory bodies
Lead innovations in claims, underwriting, and policy administration systems

Drive customer orientation and satisfaction through strong complaint management systems and effective stakeholder engagement
An Honours BCom in Finance, Business Management, Risk Management, or Insurance
8-10 years of experience in insurance operations and claims
Expertise in insurance operating systems and process optimisation
