Operations Manager

About the position

DUTIES:

• Do monthly reviews with the branches monthly
• Optimize routing within the branches to reduce the mileage driven
• Improve the KPI scores and achieve a 2. 7 rating
• Ensure discrepancies are dealt with on a weekly basis
• Reduce the catch-up services and improve the on-time delivery
• Ensure tickets are done within 48-hour turnaround time
• Adoc tickets to be routed on hand held and routed daily to improve
• Ensure installations are done within a 7-day installation period
• Reduce stock in the region and drive this through the slow-moving stock
• Utilizing of 2nd hand assets better in the
• Any other operational requirement where needed

Logistic degree / diploma will be advantageous
Minimum 3-year experience in a service industry & minimum 3 years' experience in management position
