Operations/Site Manager
R15 000 CTC pm + quarterly/annual incentive + fuel and airtime allowance

Our client is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager who will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the moving business and supervision of the casual staff on the respective jobs to ensure the efficient functioning of the moving business.
Successful candidate must have a valid drivers licence (Code 10) + PDP with a Matric and experience in a removals, logistics or customer service background.
Own vehicle + cell phone with a decent camera and WhatsApp. Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Good project management skills to ensure that all processes and requirements from their Partner Agents are followed timeously down to the last detail. You will be expected to drive staff to and from jobs, manage the replenishment and costs of packaging materials and always represent the business professionally.
Additionally, you will be responsible for team management; inventory management; driving; surveys; customer satisfaction; marketing/ branding.
