Operations Manager
MUST HAVE FOOD / FMCG FACTORY PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE IN A FACTORY PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL
The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring resources and securing compliance. You should mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Ultimately, entrusted to help the company to remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPls
- train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Establish production KPls and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
