About the position
DBN000080 – OPERATIONS MANAGER – MINING SECTOR – JHB SOUTH
Purpose of the Job:
In charge of monitoring the different branch’s performance and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Operations Management/Finance or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience within an Operations Management position
- Proven track record in managing multiple teams and large-scale projects.
- Experience in financial management, including billing and collections.
- Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in the ESD or mining industry is advantageous.

- Continual improvement and operational excellence
- Hub Performance: Hub performance, both individually and collectively. percentage of hubs that reach or surpass agreed-upon KPIs.
- Client satisfaction: Contract renewals and high feedback ratings.
- Financial Performance: The ratio of outstanding debt to billing accuracy and collection rate.
- Compliance with Report Submission: 100% of reports are submitted on time.
- Operational Efficiency: Shortening turnaround times and operational bottlenecks
