About the position
If the operation is quiet, it is because someone is already on it. Clients have answers, new accounts are onboarded cleanly, agents are paid, and the numbers reconcile. This role is that someone. You will be the operational contact for clients and agents, and you will keep onboarding, payroll administration, commissions, stock and reporting accurate and on time.
It suits someone commercially aware, highly organized, and comfortable across several [Email Address Removed]omer service, financial administration and process control sit in the same seat.
What you will do:
· Act as the primary contact for clients and agents, and resolve queries within agreed service levels
· Run end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, contracts, training and product education
· Build client and agent relationships, and spot opportunities to retain and grow accounts
· Calculate commissions, process payments, and clear commission queries
· Process payroll once funding is confirmed, including corrections, statements and reconciliations
· Monitor stock, inventory and client materials
· Produce weekly and monthly operational reports, and give management a clear view of what is working
· Tighten procedures, user guides and workflows so the operation gets cleaner over time
RequirementsWhat you need:
· A BCom or equivalent qualification
· At least 5 years in operations, client services, financial services or a related environment
· Experience across more than one operational function, including client relationships and stakeholder engagement
· Payroll administration and financial reconciliation experience
· Strong process management, reporting and Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel is an advantage
· High attention to detail, commercial sense, and the ability to hold several deadlines at once
