About the position
PURPOSE
- Experienced senior project manager
- Managing all aspect of production and maintenance of containers and depot as a whole
- Managing teams consisting of permanent staff and sub-contractors
- Project costing and planning to achieve goals to support Sales Managers
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Procurement and stock control.
- Managing expenses.
- Working closely with Sales Managers to manage availability of rental fleet.
- Training of staff and ongoing development
- Monthly Operational Reporting

Our client based in Maitland is looking to acquire an experience Operations Manager to run one of their sites in Maitland. The successfull candidate should possesses the ff skills and experience:
Requirements
- NQF level 3 or Degree
- Graduated Matric
- 10 years' management experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Minimum 10 years operations and project management experience
- Highly competence in relevant project management methodology
- High competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer communication skills
- Very organised
- Afrikaans and English fluency
- Sober habits
- Driver's license
- South African ID
