We import and distribute bulk raw materials. Our vacancy is for an Experienced Buyer & Logistics Coordinator with hands-on expertise in procurement, supplier follow-ups, shipment tracking, and inventory control. Skilled in managing international and domestic sourcing, purchase order cycles, freight coordination, transport management, customs documentation, and ERP data management. Ideally our person will be known for reliability, attention to detail, and have the ability to ensure that deliveries are done on time. The person will be proactive and have extensive communication skills with the ability to establish solid business relationships with suppliers, couriers, warehouses, and internal teams in fast-paced environments. He/She will be adept at supporting daily procurement and logistics operations and maintaining stock availability. Must have: Advanced Microsoft Business Central; excel, teams and outlook,
We are looking for an Operations Logistics coordinator who will report to the Financial Director
Position is based in the Edenvale area of JHB.
A degree or diploma in logistics, freight or finance or commerce and be fluent in both english and afrikaans, own transport and a valid drivers license. Must be prepared if required to travel across the borders into african countries like Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe if needed.
