About the position

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Operations Management or Similar

Requirements:

  • Must have 05 years of experience Supervisory experience in manufacturing/Construction/Rental
  • MS Office/ ERP experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purpose:
To plan and execute the refurbishment in an efficient and effective manner, with in the budget parameters, the agreed Kwikspace standards and agreement timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the progress/delays on the units on refurb to Operation team daily.
  • Execute the refurb plan and record, monitor and report on operational efficiencies on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Ensure that the handover of all buildings from the refurbishment to the Transport and Fleet Controller is done at least one day prior to the intended dispatch date or according to the planned refurb date.
  • Ensure that the relevant Rentals buildings are refurbished within the agreed time, cost and quality objectives.
  • Accurately complete and submit all daily, weekly, and monthly reports on a timely basis.
    Ensure that all staff have been trained and signed off on all operating instructions.
  • Adhere to all reasonable instructions.
    Ensure that all subordinates have the skills and knowledge to carry out their functions efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that team members are motivated and supported.
  • Maintain discipline according to the company's code of conduct.

  • Monitor and control timekeeping, attendance, and overtime.

  • Supervise and monitor workforce.
  • Ensure alignment to the Kwikspace housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure compliance to all statutory/organization Health and Safety code of conduct.
  • Carry out and submit relevant inspections as required.
  • Com liance to the Kwiks ace/client SHE code of conduct.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Staff supervision and ability to work in a team
  • Refurb & refurb processes knowledge
  • Knowledge of construction/manufacturing tools Ability to work in a pressurised environment Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Good Time management skills
  • Good planning, organising, and problem-solving skills
