About the position
- The Head of Operations and Finance is a newly created role within the organisation that forms a key leadership element ensuring effective implementation of organisation strategy in addtion to day-to-day operations.
- Additionally the Head of Operations and Finance will support the CEO and manage the organisations Finances whilst championing the mission and values and the organisation.
- Key Responsibilities include : Strategy , Governance and Compliance , Financial Management and Reporting , Team management , Internal Controls , Fund and Donor Reporting.
