Review and propose system design alternatives
Present solutions to IT Project Lead or Product Owner
Develop system solutions aligned with quality & delivery expectations
Execute Development Cycle activities:
System/technical documentation (ISO standards)
User/operations manuals
User training
System testing / parallel runs
Implementation
System audits / quality assurance
Coach and train colleagues when required
Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:
Degree or diploma in IT or relevant testing experience
Essential Skills Requirements:
Understanding of SDLC / systems engineering concepts
End-to-end process analysis
Test case development
Modelling methods & techniques
Strong communication skills
The role requires the candidate to be able to:
Create & execute test cases
Perform basic SIT & UAT reporting
Provide system training to business testers/super users
Support and organise test case creation
Coordinate test data with developers/test analysts
Assist in execution & defect retesting
Track requirements and ensure coverage during testing
Ensure entry/exit criteria are met for all phases
Manage testing effort efficiently
Monitor and act on ITSM production tickets
Assist with PROD app configuration/performance monitoring
Follow up on investigations & resolutions
Maintain weekly/monthly ITSM reporting dashboards
Provide OPS support during holiday/on-call rotations
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Knowledge of BMW, ITPM, AWM
Excellent proficiency in Agile Toolchain:
JIRA
Confluence
X-Ray
Desired Skills:
