About the position

Incident-, Change- and Problem Management support.



Setup and maintain CI, CD and GitOps pipelines.



Setup and maintain deployments.



Kubernetes – Deployment and Config.



Monitoring with Grafana + Prometheus + Loki.



Support and implement worldwide rollout projects (migrate old system to new one).



Take part in regular Scrum meetings via MS Teams. Daily, Planning, Estimation, Refinement, Review, Retro.



Liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with team members.



Support existing solutions, DevOps.


Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:



Minimum years of experience: 12+ Years.



Relevant IT Degree / Diploma / equivalent work Experience.



 



Essential Skills Requirements:



Operations Management:

• Kubernetes – Deployment and Configuration over Helm.


• Pipeline Setup and Automation (e.g. Github Actions).


• Infrastructure as Code & GitOps tools like ArgoCD.


• Experience with ITIL Operation processes (Incident, Problem, Change management).


• Experience with public cloud providers e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, …


• Monitoring with Grafana + Prometheus + Loki.


• Linux and knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash).

General:

• Design Patterns


• Data Driven Architecture
