Operations Engineer (Advanced) 0563 TT

About the position

IT experience delivering operations support services



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail



Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users



Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management)



Perform daily operations tasks and end user support



Creation of pertinent test documentation



Enable end user knowledge transfer and training



Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team


Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:



ITIL certification or related field



Bachelors’ degree in operations management or related field



3 years + experience



 



Essential Skills Requirements:



Knowledge of Operations Processes / IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL)

• Incident Management


• Problem Management


• Change Management


• Release Management

Operations for SAP Solution: SAP FI/CO, AP, AR skills



Application and System Monitoring



Test management



 



Advantageous Skills Requirements:



Interface Technology (e.g. EAI) knowledge (advantageous)



SAP S4/HANA knowledge (advantageous)



Flexibility to work some weekends / shifts or longer hours if required.



Experienced in Agile Methodology (advantageous)



Experienced in using Agile Tools such as Confluence and JIRA (advantageous)



Experienced in using Test Tools such as HP ALM and JIRA (X-Ray) (advantageous)
