About the position

A leading water treatment and filtration company is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with strong experience in customer liaison, administration, and service coordination to join their team in Somerset West. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, manage technician schedules, handle stock control, and support operational efficiency across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with new and existing customers to ensure complete satisfaction and follow-ups.

  • Create and manage tasks for technicians to action booked work.

  • Maintain accurate records on the database for services rendered.

  • Add new customers to the CRM and update customer information.

  • Send quotations and process purchase orders.

  • Manage stock control, receiving goods, and conduct stock takes.

  • Check that job cards are correctly completed by technicians.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints.

  • Invoice customers once work is completed.

  • Manage daily technician schedules and customer call-outs.

  • Ensure clear communication between office, technicians, and customers.

  • Update CRM with service dates and client information.

  • Identify upselling opportunities and support sales to new and existing clients.

  • Assist across other departments as required by operational needs.
