About the position

The company is looking for a smart, problem solving individual to join as an Operations Associate in our Benefits team, helping onboarding and activation of optional benefits and services for our global client base's employees, a critical aspect of our business. This role entails owning multiple elements of the companies global operation, with a focus
on executing and optimising core backend processes.

RESPONSBILITIES

  • Handling multiple high-impact projects and deadline-related tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Communicating both in a written and verbal format to companies vendors as well as internal stakeholders as part of the global benefits process.
    A key part of the role relates to ongoing problem-solving matters relating,
    which includes managing employee queries to a high standard withincompanies
    SLA timeframes.
  • All aspects relating to excellent stakeholder engagement and service, including the management of external providers/vendors to the business which form an integral part of the overall product offering.
  • Reviewing existing operational processes with the overall objective of automation and creating efficiencies and scalability in line with the company's rapid growth targets.
  • Analyzing and reporting on departmental trends, projects and outcomes
  • Assessing company requirements, trends and developments in order to better understand our needs.
  • Quantifying inflows and outflows of payments and invoices and being able to provide feedback to management on what directions the business should take.

Qualifications & Experience

- Excellence critical reasoning demonstrated by strong high school and university results
- Efficient, creative and a problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- High energy, positive attitude, self-starter
- Proactiveness and use of initiative is essential
- Motivated to work hard in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

As an operational role, efficiency and accuracy are vital, so you should have the ability to:

  • Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner, who can pick up trends, practices and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office software & Affinity to technology (experience with [URL Removed] advantageous)
    As part of the wider operations team and working with third party vendors, your effective communication and
    collaboration will be really important to success in the role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent conflict resolution skills

Preferred Skills:
- Commercial/operational experience advantageous
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies and legislation advantageous
- Experience in SaaS Platforms advantageous
