Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse and Transport Coordinator to support their operations in Mossel Bay. The successful candidate will have previous FMCG experience, strong warehouse and transport knowledge, and the ability to manage operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and transport activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes.
• Assist with managing warehouse and transport operations while maintaining effective communication with staff, management, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support the operational team with daily requirements and ensure flexibility to meet changing business needs, including varying working days and additional hours when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience in the FMCG sector is essential.
• Experience in warehousing and transport operations.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Must have own reliable transport.
• Must be flexible to work varying days and additional hours when operationally required.
• Must be able to work under pressure and manage changing operational priorities.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Mossel Bay.

• Strong communication, organisational, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, flexible, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
