About the position

The Operations Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of operational activities. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate documentation, and provide critical support to various departments.
The role involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to process improvements. You will be pivotal in maintaining organized systems and upholding operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and support office functions
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate reports and documentation
  • Process and manage correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Assist in procurement processes and monitor inventory levels
  • Update and manage databases and filing systems
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
  • Organize events, conferences, and team briefings
  • Assist with financial record keeping and budget tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices
  • Resolve administrative queries efficiently and effectively
  • Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard office software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Remuneration:
R10 000 - R12 500
