About the position
We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on Operations & Systems Coordinator who
thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and is passionate about efficiency, technology, and customer experience.

operations running smoothly, optimizing our systems, and ensuring customers receive an

You'll also work closely with one warehouse assistant to ensure seamless logistics and stock control.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operations, Systems & AI Optimization
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Use AI tools and automation software to simplify, perfect, and improve processes.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and key business systems with accuracy.
- Take ownership of problem-solving and process optimization-we believe in lean,
- smart solutions
- Work collaboratively, valuing everyone's contributions and supporting team success.
- E-Commerce & Online Sales Support
- Manage product listings, stock, and pricing on [URL Removed] Amazon, and other
- platforms.
- Ensure strong brand identity by optimizing product descriptions and images.
- Monitor e-commerce performance and use customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Handle order processing, fulfillment coordination, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Admin, Accounting & Stock Control
- Work with accounting software to process invoices, supplier payments, and
- reconciliations.
- Keep inventory records accurate and up to date, ensuring stock levels meet demand.
- Track and manage operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Hands-On Warehouse & Logistics Support
- Work alongside 1-2 warehouse staff to oversee stock movement and dispatch.
- Step in where needed to assist with packaging and logistics-we believe in teamwork
- and ownership.
- Ensure every order is fulfilled with care, accuracy, and an obsession with customer
- satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: 3+ years in operations, administration, e-commerce, or systems
- coordination.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automation).
- Experience with AI tools, automation software, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with [URL Removed] Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
- Comfort working with accounting and stock management systems.
