Our client, a leading state-owned development finance institution, is seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join their Risk Management division. This pivotal role will see you developing, implementing, and maintaining a fit-for-purpose Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) across the organisation - safeguarding assets, reputation, and stakeholders while enabling sustainable growth.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant 4-year degree in Risk Management or equivalent.
• 5-8 years' experience in Enterprise/Operational Risk Management (with strong auditing or financial services exposure).
• At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
