RequirementsRequired Minimum Education/training
· A bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant bachelor’s degree
Minimum work experience required:
· 1-3 years’ experience in operational excellence and quality management or in a related field, in the private or public sector.
Key performance areas:
· To establish the Operational Excellence and Quality Management Business Unit as a pro-active, value-adding source of expertise, assistance and consulting advice.
· To continuously assess CIPC’s operational performance, to recommend measures to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
· To support and monitor the development, implementation and improvement of service delivery standards and other continuous improvement strategies.
· To provide advice and guidance on operational excellence, quality management and related matters.
· To review the effectiveness of the service delivery standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
· To develop operational plans and operating policies procedures for the Business Unit.
· To perform all management and reporting requirements, identify and escalate performance constraints and any risks
