JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales performance data from national cellular network partners against defined targets and growth objectives.
- Identify underperforming areas and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to optimise performance and revenue.
- Produce and maintain detailed revenue and trend reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with head of department to grow the OGR base.
- Monitor commercial trends and consumer behaviours in the cellular industry to guide business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to support tactical and strategic decisions that improve revenue generation.
- Present findings and insights regularly to commercial leadership to support operational and strategic planning.
- Support the design and evaluation of campaigns, pricing changes, and incentive structures to maximise returns.
- Track changes in network partner performance and escalate potential issues or opportunities for intervention.
- Working closely with the store operations teams across the TFG Group to drive the strategy.
- Conduct external/market benchmarking.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant Bachelor's degree is required.
- 3+ years in an Operational, Commercial, Sales or Financial Analysis role.
- Prior experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry is highly recommended.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and/or other analytics and reporting tools.

- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
