About the position
Seeking an experienced OneStream Financial Consolidations Consultant to support the implementation of a large-scale financial consolidation solution for a complex group environment.
The successful candidate will operate across both the functional and technical aspects of the implementation, engaging directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements and taking ownership of the design, configuration, development, integration and delivery of the OneStream consolidation solution.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
· Lead business requirements gathering sessions with finance and business stakeholders.
· Analyse, document and obtain client sign-off on requirements.
· Design and build financial consolidation solutions within OneStream.
· Configure and develop OneStream solutions to support complex group consolidation requirements.
· Translate finance and consolidation processes into effective OneStream functionality.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the implementation.
· Support integrations between OneStream and ERP, finance and other enterprise systems.
· Assist with data integration, data flows and interface requirements.
· Interpret and apply IFRS and GAAP requirements within the consolidation solution.
· Support consolidation across large groups of entities and multi-currency environments.
· Lead client workshops, requirements sessions, design discussions and solution walkthroughs.
· Guide customers through requirements, design, build, testing and implementation.
· Provide both functional and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
· Support testing, UAT, issue resolution and implementation readiness.
· Produce solution, functional and technical documentation.
· Act as a subject matter expert on OneStream-based financial consolidation.
Essential Requirements
· Proven experience implementing Financial Consolidation solutions using OneStream.
· Strong hands-on OneStream development, configuration and solution design experience.
· Demonstrable experience working across both functional and technical requirements.
· Experience implementing consolidation solutions for large or complex groups of entities.
· Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP consolidation requirements.
· Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation.
· Strong business requirements gathering and documentation capability.
· Ability to independently facilitate client workshops and solution discussions.
· Experience troubleshooting technical issues during OneStream implementations.
· Experience with OneStream integrations and integration with other finance/enterprise systems.
· Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to own delivery from requirements gathering through to implementation.
Advantageous
· Experience within large corporate or multinational group environments.
· Experience integrating OneStream with ERP/finance platforms.
· OneStream certifications.
· Previous consulting experience.
· Experience delivering large-scale financial transformation or consolidation programmes.
Qualifications
· Degree or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or a related discipline preferred.
· Relevant OneStream qualifications/certifications advantageous.
· Professional accounting qualification or equivalent financial consolidation experience advantageous.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on OneStream Financial Consolidations specialist with a strong combination of finance, accounting and consolidation knowledge together with practical OneStream implementation capability. They should be able to independently engage with clients, understand complex consolidation requirements, design and build the solution, manage integrations and resolve technical challenges throughout delivery.
