About the position
A well-established law firm in the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg is seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- Experience in a similar administrative or office management role (experience in a law firm advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle administrative tasks to allow legal staff to focus on core responsibilities
- Manage diaries, schedules and general office co-ordination
- Assist with document preparation, typing and proofreading
- Support the litigation team with administrative tasks
- Open and maintain files on legal software systems
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance processes
