ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Office Administrator will ensure accurate and efficient typing of CVs, confidently make calls to candidates and clients across all professional levels, and demonstrate a genuine interest in administration.
The role also requires creative instinct and a proactive attitude, as the administrator will assist in organising and supporting office functions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Computer literate with proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to type fast and accurately.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with strong spelling and reading ability.
- Confident in making calls to clients and candidates at all professional levels.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a recruitment environment.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work efficiently under pressure.
- Creative instinct and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to assist in organising and supporting office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting CVs for consultants daily, ensuring accuracy, correct grammar, and professional presentation.
- Conducting reference checks with candidates’ referees across all professional levels.
- Responding to candidate email applications professionally and in a timely manner.
- Answering incoming calls, primarily from candidates enquiring about vacancies or applications.
- Filing job specifications and maintaining organised electronic and physical filing systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
- Assisting with office functions and events, including organising, decorating, or procuring supplies as required.
