About the position
Well established organisation based in Bedfordview requires an experienced Office Administrator. Own transport and a minimum of 5 years similar experience is required.
Qualifications and Experience
Matric
Fluent in English
Minimum of 5 years experience in office administration to include debtors, creditors and procurement
Diploma in Secretarial or Finance or similar will secure
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel graphs, PowerPoint presentations, Outlook) is essential
Excellent management skills
Procedure driven
Excellent communication skills

Self motivated
Must have own transport
Financial Administration:
Completion of Master Client List, document recording activities to be invoiced
Gathering and collation of final documents for payments
Adherence to administrative duties per the IMS
Reconciliation of debtors and creditors to source documents
Manage travel account
Operational Administrator duties:
Gather field reports from field staff and report to manager
Book travel requirements for staff on a national basis
Administer and safeguard a Sales Contracts
Manage social media upload / creation (Facebook and Instagram)
Excel graphs and tables
Powerpoint presentations
Management System Administrator duties:
Adhere to IMS procedures
Ensure all staff follow the processes
HR Administrator duties:
Record attendance register
Liaise with HR department on HR issues, report to manager HR issues of staff
Procurement Administrator duties:
Dealing with suppliers
Record procurement supplier request and follow through
