About the position
Our client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager: Business Operations and the General Manager: Marketing and Sales.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of business activities and the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capability, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing and commercial environment.
A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments will be essential for success in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in an Office Administration, Executive Assistant, Office Management, Project Coordination, or Business Support role.
- Proven experience providing administrative and operational support to senior management or executive teams.
- Exposure to analytical reporting, business analysis, and project coordination activities.
- Advanced computer literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with the ability to interpret and present information effectively.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with excellent follow-up and execution skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms will be advantageous.
