About the position

DBN0000106  ADMINISTRATOR - RETAIL- (BALLITO)

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for providing support to the admin team as well as to provide support to different departments within the head office function.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Relevant Admin/Financial qualification would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motor vehicle licensing
  • Business license applications
  • Liquor license applications
  • Receiving visitors in a professional and polite manner
  • Screening of visitors and staff
  • Updating Reports for banking and general
  • General administration and finance support
