About the position

porting the overall quality assurance process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, auditors, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the application process, addressing inquiries and providing updates.


  • Quotation Management: Prepare and issue quotations to clients, updating them as needed to reflect changes or requirements.


  • Contract Management: Ensure all client contracts are signed and properly documented.


  • Audit Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule audit days between producers and auditors, ensuring efficient planning and communication.


  • Audit Pack Monitoring:


    • Ensure timely submission of auditor audit packs.


    • Review audit packs for accuracy and completeness.


    • Upload audit packs to SharePoint for record-keeping.


  • Invoice Processing: Send quotations for invoice issuance and follow up on invoices and payments.


  • Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.


  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update internal auditor documentation, client records, and audit documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.


  • Travel Arrangements: Book accommodation and make travel arrangements for auditors and staff as required.


  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks or responsibilities delegated by the Quality Assurance Manager to support departmental goals.




RequirementsQualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, client coordination, or a similar administrative role.


  • Skills:


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.


    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.


    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


    • Knowledge of audit processes and documentation is an advantage.


  • Attributes: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during peak audit periods.
