About the Role:
Are you a Registered Nurse passionate about workplace wellness and employee health? SD Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical assessments
- Perform health surveillance and screenings (audiometry, spirometry, vision, etc.)
- Provide primary healthcare support within workplace settings
- Monitor chronic conditions and support health promotion initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure legal compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to safety protocols
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
- Occupational Health Nursing qualification (essential)
- Audiometry and Spirometry certification (advantageous)
- Knowledge of OHSA, COIDA, and occupational health protocols
- Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
- Own transport and flexibility to travel to client sites
