You're an analytical problem-solver with a knack for digging into performance data and fixing technical issues before they escalate. You pride yourself on being reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious, and thrive in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. You enjoy collaborating with teams, vendors, and clients alike-and have a genuine passion for renewable energy.
You'll monitor real-time and historical performance of solar PV systems, analyse KPIs, and ensure output aligns with performance guarantees. You'll plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate site interventions, and provide 24/7 support when needed. Your days will also include preparing technical reports, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. As a key liaison with stakeholders and suppliers, you'll manage service agreements, warranties, and spare parts inventory-all with the aim of delivering world-class uptime and efficiency.

A bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or similar), plus 2+ years' experience in solar PV or renewable energy O&M. You'll need solid knowledge of PV components, monitoring tools (e.g., Meteocontrol, SMA), and troubleshooting. Experience with CMMS, SCADA, and hybrid systems (PV + battery or generator) will serve you well. You must have a valid driver's licence and the flexibility to travel to project sites.
