- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Current registration with SANC
- Experience in Medical, ICU, Emergency, or Rehabilitation nursing advantageous
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Clear understanding of labour legislation, financial management, and supply chain principles
- Knowledge of the private healthcare sector and funder industry advantageous
- Computer proficiency
