About the position
Our client, a private hospital, has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Educator/Trainer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and facilitation of nursing education programmes, mentoring staff, and ensuring continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Post Basic Qualification in Education and Training - essential
- Proven managerial experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong presentation, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Ability to develop and implement training programmes aligned with clinical standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
