About the position
Our client, a leading private facility in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and drive clinical excellence. This role requires a proven leader with strong management capabilities and the ability to balance patient care, operational demands, and team development.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing with current SANC registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical, Education and/or Management advantageous
- At least 5 years of leadership and management experience within healthcare, ideally private sector
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare legislation, professional standards, and quality assurance practices
- Strong financial acumen and resource management skills
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and implement strategic initiatives
