About the position
A busy private healthcare facility in Krugersdorp is seeking a Night Manager to coordinate hospital operations after hours, support nursing teams, and ensure patient safety and clinical quality throughout the night shift.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree advantageous)
- Current registration as a Professional Nurse (NP or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and respond effectively to clinical demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
