About the position
Our Client is looking for a Night Auditor to join their team
Location: Franschhoek, Cape Town
Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and excellent guest service. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing front desk operations during night shifts
- Processing and reconciling daily financial transactions
- Preparing and distributing night audit reports
- Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Monitoring hotel security and safety procedures
- Assisting with reservations and guest requests
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front office or accounting roles preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and remain attentive during night hours
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
