Job Description

• Welcome showroom visitors warmly and introduce them to the new vehicle range.
• Take customers on informative, safe test drives to demonstrate vehicle features.
• Help clients value their current trade-in vehicles alongside our management team.
• Work closely with the finance manager to arrange smooth bank finance applications.
• Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, valeted, and inspected on time for handover.
• Deliver memorable vehicle handover experiences that build lasting customer loyalty.

 
What You Need to Apply

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Code 08 (EB) South African driver's license.
• At least 2 years of successful vehicle retail sales experience.
• Good understanding of vehicle sales processes and bank finance options.
• Clear, polite communication and active listening skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new systems.
• A reliable team player who enjoys working with supportive colleagues.
