About the position

To assist he New Business managers and sales Consultant with various day to day sales controls and functions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting with completing client vendor/tender documents.
  • Distribution of incoming leads based on sales consultant's allocated areas/ lead value.
  • Assisting with walking clients that comes into the showroom.
  • Following up continuously with the New Business on missing information, customer contacts, and contact details to ensure the system is up to date at all times.
  • Creating/maintaining client folders for all clients for all account managers.
  • Making current database to verify customer information is correct and add in any required missing information.
  • Making up of fabric swatches.
  • Manage all sales enquiries under R50 000 from inception to completion.
  • Day-to-day assistant to New Business Manager and Sales Consultants - This will include: Drawing up of quotations, any reasonable requests.
  • Running of weekly/monthly reports for the New Business Department.
  • After sales follow ups on fittings relating to customer satisfaction and care.
  • Ensure that all customers' contracts are up to date, this will include new updated pricelist and fabrics.
  • Customer Contract Control sheet - Managing customers contract requirements/Fabrics/ Styles/Contract Renewals/Contract control.
  • Cutting and labelling the fabrics for the contract.
  • Check style, fabric, and ranges on B2B system.
  • Meeting Crystal reports for Account Manager.
  • Liaise with customers with regards to orders, order related queries and deliveries.
  • Ensure all orders are neatly filed and delivered to admin before customer allocated cut off.
  • Ensure fittings are done with allocated fit team, as per clients approved quotation and signed off folder.
  • Assist fitting when required.
  • Attend to any ad hoc duties as required.
  • Assisting the sales divisions with presentations to new and existing clients as and when required.
  • Coordinating of client fitting.
  • Attending meetings.
  • Client Liaison.
  • Doing an actual corporate clothing range fitting.
  • Check all captured orders are correct and signed off order sheet before cut off.
  • Travelling away from home for business purposes.
  • Sorting of clothing range in size and style order.
  • Data capturing.
  • Supervising and training of consultants.
  • Typing up minutes of our weekly sales/new business meeting.
  • Assist New Business with customer visits.
  • Updating of the customer visit schedule.
  • Assist New Business with day to day customer enquiries, feedback and queries.
