About the position
Medical Scheme based in Pretoria seeks to employ a suitably qualified candidate to perform quality control on all admin updates.
Key responsibilities:
- Review, maintenance and monitoring quality and turnaround.
- Reporting and active involvement in projects.
- Monitoring weekly stats per allocated Consultant.
- Correspondence to all stakeholders internal/ external.
- Test membership changes by due date.
Key requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Business Management
- 4-5 years previous (recent) Medical Scheme industry experience
- 4-5 years membership administration experience
- 3-4 years of Underwriting experience
