New Business and Underwriting Quality Controller

About the position

Medical Scheme based in Pretoria seeks to employ a suitably qualified candidate to perform quality control on all admin updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, maintenance and monitoring quality and turnaround.
• Reporting and active involvement in projects.
• Monitoring weekly stats per allocated Consultant.
• Correspondence to all stakeholders internal/ external.
• Test membership changes by due date.

Key requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Business Management
• 4-5 years previous (recent) Medical Scheme industry experience
• 4-5 years membership administration experience
• 3-4 years of Underwriting experience
