.NET Developer

About the position

Our client is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to contribute to the development and optimisation of modern software solutions. This opportunity is suited to a skilled developer with strong C# expertise, a passion for building reliable applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field; equivalent practical experience supported by a strong portfolio will also be considered.
• At least 5 years' experience in C# and .NET development, with proven experience supporting production systems.
• Strong proficiency in modern .NET 6+, ideally .NET 8.
• Solid experience with ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server, including performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and ORM tools.
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Good understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile teams and adapting to established codebases.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
