About the position

Main Purpose of Job:

  • The National Sales Manager in the Rx Division plays a crucial role in driving the company's product awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals. This position involves strategic leadership, team management, and operational oversight to ensure the effective promotion of pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare providers, and medical institutions.
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the pharmaceutical company's efforts to inform and educate healthcare professionals about their products, ultimately influencing prescription habits and improving patient outcomes.

EDUCATION

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a National Sales Manager-in the Rx Division managing detailing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
